Cement Thermocouple
Cement thermocouples used in cement plant are mainly used to measure the temperature of kiln. We could manufacture drilled bar stock tube (DBS) according to drawing and choose wear-resisting material like CYT101.
Product Introduction
Cement thermocouples are usually consists of temperature sensing elements (thermocouple wire),protection tube, terminal box and installation fixed device. Main features include large measuring range, long service life, easy installation and use and cheap price. Disadvantages include poor vibration resistance, long-term use will effect mark characteristics.
Product Parameter
1. Wire element: over 800℃, it is suggested use diameter 2mm and 2.5mm, the thickest: 3.2mm
2. Protection tube:
If long time used over 800℃, it is suggested Inconel600, GH3030, GH3039 (high temperature alloy) or ceramic tube.
If used in corrosive environment, it is suggested SS316L.
If need wear-resisting, it is suggested using drilled bar stock tube with material of CYT101
