Platinum Rhodium Thermocouple
Platinum-rhodium thermocouple adopts noble metal high purity platinum as the negative pole, platinum-rhodium alloy as the positive pole, widely used in powder metallurgy, sintering bright furnace, vacuum furnace, smelting and a variety of refractory, ceramics, porcelain firing, and outer tube material is corundum, measuring temperature is 0-1800°C.
Product Introduction
Platinum-rhodium thermocouples are also known as high-temperature precious metal thermocouples. Platinum rhodium has a single platinum rhodium (platinum rhodium 10-platinum rhodium) and double platinum rhodium (platinum rhodium 30-platinum rhodium 6). They are used as temperature measuring sensors, usually with temperature transmitter, regulator and display instrument. They are used together to form a process control system to directly measure or control the temperature of fluid, steam and gas medium and solid surface in the range of 0-1800 °C in various production processes. A thermoelectric performance stability, oxidation resistance is strong, suitable for continuous use in oxidation, the inert atmosphere. Long-term use of temperature of 1600 °C, short-term use temperature is 1800 °C.
