WRe526 Thermocouple is a kind of temperature testing products especially developed for vacuum furnace’s characteristics of with no oxidation atmosphere, high temperature, high sealing requirements; adopting special materials and sealing measures after specific treatment, which ensures that the thermocouple’s pressure rise rate (leakage rate) is less than the overall pressure rise rate of vacuum furnace.
