Assembly thermocouple test the temperature of gas, liquid media and fixed surface in range of 0~ 1600C. It is widely used in aviation, atomic energy, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, machinery and other industrial sectors and field of science and technology.
Product Introduction
Assembly thermocouple test the temperature of gas, liquid media and fixed surface in range of 0~ 1600C and usually consists of temperature sensing elements (thermocouple wire),protection tube, terminal box and installation fixed device.
Main features include large measuring range, long service life, easy installation and use and cheap price. Disadvantages include poor vibration resistance, long-term use will effect mark characteristics.
Product Parameter
1. Wire element: over 800℃, it is suggested use diameter 2mm and 2.5mm, the thickest: 3.2mm
2. Protection tube:
If long time used over 800℃, it is suggested Inconel600, GH3030, GH3039 (high temperature alloy) or ceramic tube.
If used in corrosive environment, it is suggested SS316L.
If need wear-resisting, it is suggested CYT101
