Mineral Insulated (MI)Multi-point thermocouple is made up of wiring devices, MI multi-point thermocouple element, protection tube, and installation fixed device, which can be used for - 40 ~ 1300 C temperature measuring various occasions, especially suitable for the multipoint temperature measuring at different depth in narrow field inside of synthetic tower, reaction tank, heating furnace in the field of petrochemical industry, metallurgy, machinery.
Products Features
1. The single-layer MI multi-point thermocouple is composed of 2 ~4 pairs of thermocouples, protection tube and inorganic insulating materials. Each pair is of different length and evenly distributed in the tube.
2. The double-layer MI multi-point thermocouple is composed of 2~ 20 pcs MI cable, protection tube and inorganic insulating materials. Each MI cable is of different length
and evenly distributed in the tube, the thermocouple wire is protected by a double metal tube.
3. The installation method includes straight thread, taper pipe thread, flange and other fixing devices, which is available for using in a variety of fixed equipment and imported equipment.
4. It is with various types of wiring devices and protective tubes, whcih could normally work in general occasions, explosive atmosphere or corrosive environment.
5. The measuring end adopts separation and insulation type, each branch of thermocouple does not interfere with each other.
6. Pressure and shock resistant, stable and reliable, long service life.
