Products Introduction
MI thermocouple is a temperature-sensing device made up of two different metals. The sensing part of the device is a pair of wires with dissimilar metals that form a thermocouple. The other end of the device connects to the temperature display or measurement system. The thermocouple wires are embedded inside a mineral insulation that provides protection against harsh manufacturing and processing environments. They are matched with the display instrument, which can automatically detect or adjust the temperature of gas, liquid medium and solid surface and widely used in the field of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy machinery, power stations, textile industry, food industry, atomic, aviation and scientific research etc.

Product feature
Mineral insulation is made of highly compressed magnesium oxide powder (MgO). This mineral insulator is electrically insulating with excellent thermal qualities and can withstand extreme temperatures. It also has excellent high-temperature stability and mechanical strength. The thermocouple wire is embedded inside the mineral insulation, ensuring a gas-tight and durable seal that protects it from physical damage, corrosion, and exposure to chemicals.
