RTD PT200 Probe
RTD PT200 Probe measures temperature by utilizing the characteristics as follows: when the material has the temperature change, the resistance itself varies accordingly. When temperature gradient exists in the measured medium, it is the average temperature of the medium within the locating range of temperature-sensing element.
Product Introduction
RTD PT200 Probe usually use a platinum thin film resistance element to sense the temperature. It is more accurate and more linear than thermocouples and generally slower responding. It is usually measure the temperature range of -200~600°C, connected with display instrument, recording meter and computer, etc. to directly measure temperature of liquid, gas, solid surface.
The thermo element of RTD is made by metal wire. If there is temperature gradient in the measured medium, the measured temperature is an average temperature of element in the range of the medium zone.
