Right Angle Thermocouple
Right angle thermocouple is used to monitor temperatures for heat treating and glass manufacture. It keeps the thermocouple head away from radiated heat from the process and also avoids contact with process covers.

Right Angle Thermocouple
It is mainly uitable for the production site where high temperature and harmful gas will affect the terminal head of thermocouple, or it is not suitable for direct horizontal and vertical installation. The right-angle thermocouple adopts a 90-degree angle to avoid exposing the terminal head above the furnace directly, which could avoid the temperature error of thermocouple.
WR series industrial thermocouple as temperature measurement sensor, usually is used with temperature transmitter, regulator and display instrument and other supporting use and consist process control system, which directly measure or control the temperature of fluid, steam, gas medium and solid surface in the range of 0-1800℃ during a variety of production processes.

1. Wire element: over 800℃, it is suggested use diameter 2mm and 2.5mm, the thickest: 3.2mm
2. Cold point (not insert to test temperature): SS304/SS316/310S
3. Hot point (insert part):
If long time used temperature is over 800℃, it is suggested 310S, Inconel600, GH3030, GH3039 (high temperature alloy).
If used in corrosive environment, it is suggested SS316L.
4. Silicon nitride protection tube mainly for aluminum solution; silicon carbide protection tube mainly for acid solution.
