Compression Fittings

 

Compression fitting is an important pipe fitting. Like a normal pipe plug, the hex pipe plug is threaded in the end and the cover or the top of the plug takes a hexagon shape. The hex pipe plugs are considered an easy and cost effective way to plug your pipe. The basic purpose is to stop the flow.

These pipe plugs are made of various materials, often plated with chrome or nickel for a superior finish and better resistance to corrosion. They are available in various sizes, depending on the size of the pipe in which it is to be fixed. with thermocouple (thermal resistance) and bimetallic thermometer to ensure their normal operation. It is also used for environment under high pressure or with high flow speed.

 

Materials for Choose (common used)

1. 1Cr18Ni9Ti: high temperature corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant steel commonly used as a general.

2. 304: low carbon content, with good resistance to intergranular corrosion, usually used as a general heat-resistant steel.

3. 316: low carbon content, with good resistance to intergranular corrosion, is used as a corrosion-resistant steel.

4. 316L: ultra-low carbon content, with good resistance to intergranular corrosion, is used as a corrosion-resistant steel.m, Inert air, Hydrogen

A: Yes. Your logo or company name can be printed on the product by stamping, printing, embossing, die-casting, coating or stickers.

 

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: There's no minimum quantity, you can buy any quantity. However, few in number, the unit price will be a little higher.

 

Q: I have no drawing, how should I start the new project?

A: You could tell us the mark, temperature range, diameter and length of the probe, using environment or send us reference pictures.

 

Q: How to order?

A: Please send us your purchase order by email or fax, or you could ask us to send a proforma invoice for your order. And before this, please tell me your company name, address, phone number, or any other information need to show in the PI.

 

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Airline and sea shipping are optional. Shipping time depends on distance and means of transport.
