Silicon nitride tube is matched with thermocouple for using, and it is to protect the thermocouple, so that thermocouple could work normally in special environment, and could be anticorrosive high pressure high flow rate.
Silicon nitride is the most effective material widely used in non-ferrous metal casting temperature measurement and temperature control. The thermocouple protective tube made of silicon nitride material has the following characteristics:
1. Excellent thermal conductivity, thin tube wall (only a few millimeters), very rapid response to temperature, could measure the temperature of metal liquid in 1 minute;
2. It will not melt at high temperature, and has no pollution to the metal liquid;
3. Excellent thermal shock resistance, oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance;
4. Strong corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance;
5. Not easy to deposit slag, easy to maintain;
6. It is electrical insulator;
7. It could be used in alloy molten liquid containing sodium and strontium;
8. The service life is more than 12 months, the longest could be used for several years, the cost performance is very high.

Q: Where are the main markets for sales?

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: There's no minimum quantity, you can buy any quantity. However, few in number, the unit price will be a little higher. We could offer the samples but it's not free and you have to pay the cost of freight.
Q: Is there cheap shipping cost to export to our country?
A: For small order, express will be best, for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time. For urgent orders, we suggest by express, big quantity by air.
